TRT Treatment Coordinator
Ursh is our Treatment Coordinator at Arc who supports patients throughout their treatment journey, acting as a key point of contact between patients and clinicians. She has several years of experience in TRT patient support, alongside a background in digital health, hospital care, and the medical cannabis sector. Ursula focuses on clear communication, organisation, and delivering a positive patient experience, helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their care. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences.
Outside of work, Ursula enjoys travelling, cooking, and technology-driven problem solving. She is also an avid true-crime documentary fan, a dedicated dog Mum to her Cocker Spaniel Gus, and a long-suffering supporter of Arsenal Football Club.
