Same doctors. Better clinic.
If you've been searching for Urban TRT, you've found us. We've rebranded as Arc TRT and used the move as an opportunity to rebuild the service from the ground up.
Dr Chris Airey and Dr Lauren Airey still lead the clinical team. The Southampton clinic, the UK doctor-led care, the evidence-based protocols are all still here. What's different is everything around them: a streamlined patient experience, faster turnaround, better support, and a wider clinical offer.
This wasn't a name change. It was a redesign.
Urban TRT did what it was built to do. From 2021 to 2025 we treated over 3,000 men, learned what they actually needed, and identified what wasn't working as well as it could.
The truth is, the old service had limits. The patient journey wasn't as streamlined as it should have been. The clinical offer was narrower than the conditions men actually presented with. The communication, monitoring touchpoints, and overall experience all had room to improve.
Arc TRT is the answer to those gaps. We took everything we learned running Urban TRT and used it to design something better. New name. New website. New patient experience. Wider clinical offer. Same medical standards, but delivered through a service that actually matches them.
Five concrete improvements, designed from real patient feedback and four years of running a TRT clinic.
The old Urban TRT process worked, but it had friction. Multiple emails, repeated information, unclear next steps at key moments. Arc TRT runs on a redesigned patient journey.
Urban TRT was, by design, a TRT-first service. Arc TRT is built around the recognition that low testosterone rarely arrives alone.
Urban TRT followed standard monitoring protocols. Arc TRT goes further with tighter intervals and clearer communication.
We rebuilt our pricing structure to be more transparent. What's included is included. Nothing you'd realistically need to pay extra for sits as a hidden add-on.
What hasn't changed is the clinical foundation. Dr Chris Airey (GMC 7490533) leads the clinic. Dr Lauren Airey (GMC 7559644) continues as Medical Director. We remain CQC-regulated, GPhC-registered, and run by UK GMC-registered doctors operating to BSSM guidelines.
The medicine is the same. The service around it is better.
Dr Chris Airey, Dr Lauren Airey and the wider clinical team are all still here. The clinical leadership is unchanged. What's different is the service infrastructure around them.
You'll still be cared for by the same UK GMC-registered doctors who built Urban TRT into one of the country's most trusted TRT clinics. They're now backed by a better service to deliver that care through.
Meet the team โYou're moving onto a better service, and the transition is designed to be seamless.

Welcome. You've found us at the right point.
Arc TRT is a UK doctor-led testosterone clinic, evolved from over four years of experience running Urban TRT and treating over 3,000 men. Everything we've learned about what works in UK TRT care has gone into building Arc.
If you've got symptoms of low testosterone, the first step is straightforward: a home blood test, reviewed by one of our UK doctors.
Because the service needed to be rebuilt, not just renamed. After four years of running Urban TRT, we knew what wasn't working as well as it should: patient experience friction, a narrower clinical offer than men actually needed, and monitoring touchpoints that could be better. Arc TRT is what those changes turned into. Same medicine, better service.
Yes. Dr Chris Airey, Dr Lauren Airey and the clinical team are all still here. The clinical leadership is unchanged. What's different is the service infrastructure around them.
No. We're still based at 2-4 Canute Road, Southampton SO14 3FH.
Yes. Your subscription, prescription history and monitoring schedule have all carried over to Arc TRT automatically. You don't need to do anything to keep your treatment going. We'll always notify you in advance of any future changes to your plan.
Our pricing structure has been simplified to be more transparent. The rebrand itself doesn't change anyone's pricing. As with any clinic, our plans may evolve over time, but we'll always communicate any changes clearly and in advance.
Yes. We continue to operate under full Care Quality Commission regulation, with GMC-registered doctors and a GPhC-registered pharmacy. Nothing about our compliance or oversight has changed.
The patient journey has been rebuilt: cleaner onboarding, faster turnaround, better follow-up touchpoints, and clearer communication throughout your treatment. The clinical offer has expanded to include integrated weight loss support, hair loss prevention, and DNA testing for treatment response.
No. This is a deliberate rebuild by the same team. Run My Clinics Ltd (company number 16304212) continues to operate the clinic. The ownership, clinical leadership and team are unchanged.
Yes. Our Doctify reviews reflect the same clinical team and the same standard of care. If you had a great experience with Urban TRT, your review still counts, and it helps other men find us.
Urban TRT got a lot right. Arc TRT is what happens when you take what worked, fix what didn't, and design a service around the way men actually live with TRT. Same medical foundation. Better everything else.
