A full panel covering total and free testosterone, oestradiol, haematocrit, PSA where relevant, and the wider markers we track on treatment. One at the start or at review, one later in the year to see where treatment has taken you.
The draw itself is covered, so there is no separate phlebotomy charge on top of the test. Book in at clinic or at a partner site, whichever is easier for you.
One of our doctors reads your results in the context of your symptoms and your history, then writes it up in plain English. You get the interpretation, not a page of numbers to work out on your own.
A proper appointment with a doctor who knows your case, to go through your results, how you are feeling and what to change. Video or phone, booked at a time that works around your week.
These sit outside the membership. If your doctor recommends treatment, the following are prescribed and charged separately, and the cost is confirmed with you before anything is dispensed.
Medication is only ever supplied on prescription, after a consultation with one of our doctors. If you would rather have it bundled into a single monthly figure, our treatment plans include it.

Our initial consultation is £99. It buys up to an hour with a clinician who reviews your bloods, symptoms and goals properly, so your protocol is right from the start rather than adjusted over months.
