Yes. Choose "I have recent bloods" in the form and send results from the last 6 months, ideally including total and free testosterone. There's no deposit. A doctor reviews your results and symptoms, and we'll get in touch if you're suitable for treatment. The switch consultation and £75 deposit are only for patients already on TRT with another clinic.

The switch consultation is only for patients moving their existing TRT care from another clinic. If you're new to TRT and have bloods from the last 6 months, choose "I have recent bloods" in the form above and we'll check whether you're suitable. If you don't have recent bloods, start with a full blood test from our blood test page.

When you book, you'll upload your most recent blood results in the switch form and tell us about your pre-treatment results if you have them. Before the appointment you'll also fill in our online intake forms, which ask about your medical history, current protocol, medications and symptoms.

Switch consultations are 60 minutes and tightly scheduled. If you're more than 5 minutes late, it's treated as a Did Not Attend and the £75 deposit is forfeited. It's worth logging on 5 minutes early to check your connection.

Often, yes. If your current treatment is working and clinically appropriate, our doctors are happy to continue it. If we suggest changes, we'll explain why and how they relate to your bloods and symptoms.

Once your consultation is done and your plan is confirmed, we get your prescription processed and your medication sent out quickly. Most patients are set up within a week of their consultation.

Occasionally our doctor may decide Arc TRT isn't the right clinic for your ongoing care. If that happens, the £75 covers the specialist clinical assessment you've had and isn't refunded. We'll explain our reasons and, where we can, point you towards other options.

Yes. You can reschedule once for free, as long as you give at least 48 hours' notice. Requests inside the 48 hours count as a cancellation and the £75 is forfeited, because that clinician time has already been set aside for you.

If you go ahead with treatment at Arc TRT after your consultation, the £75 deposit is automatically credited against your first subscription payment, whether you choose a monthly, 6-month or 12-month plan. The credit lasts for 3 months from your consultation date.

Yes, we prescribe testosterone enanthate where it's clinically appropriate. Enanthate has had UK-wide supply problems and price rises in recent years, though, so we can't guarantee a fixed price. If it becomes temporarily unavailable, our doctors will talk to you about a clinically equivalent alternative, usually testosterone cypionate. If price stability on enanthate matters to you, please raise it in your consultation so we can be clear about what we can and can't commit to.
