Already on TRT?

Switch your TRT clinic to Arc, without starting from scratch.

If you're already on testosterone therapy through another clinic, switching to Arc TRT is designed to be simple. Our doctors review what you're on, keep what's working, and pick up your care with proper monitoring and personalised adjustments.

Switching to Arc? Your consultation is credited to your first month. Book your 30-minute clinical review with a £75 commitment deposit, credited in full against your first Arc TRT subscription payment.

How switching to Arc works

Three straightforward steps designed to move your TRT care to Arc with no long gaps and no starting over.

1

Book your consultation

Choose a 30-minute video slot with a GMC-registered Arc TRT doctor. Secure it with a £75 commitment deposit, which is credited to your first month's subscription when you join.

2

Share your current care

Complete the intake forms sent by email before your appointment. Include your most recent blood test results and, if available, your pre-treatment bloods. This lets our doctor review your care in detail.

3

Continue with proper oversight

If suitable, we'll take on your care with a personalised plan built around your bloods, symptoms and current protocol. Your £75 deposit is credited against your first subscription payment.

The things people worry about, handled.

Switching TRT clinic feels risky. Here's how we make it work.

Your protocol can continue

If what you're on is working and clinically appropriate, we're happy to continue it. We treat the patient, not the number on the paper.

No long gap in treatment

Once your consultation is complete and your plan is confirmed, we move quickly to get your prescription and delivery set up.

Deposit credited to first month

The £75 booking deposit is applied in full against your first Arc TRT subscription payment. Standard monthly, 6-month, and 12-month upfront plans all qualify.

Doctor-led, regulated, safe

Arc TRT is CQC-regulated, with a GPhC-registered pharmacy and GMC-registered doctors. You'll be in properly monitored, evidence-based care.

Before you book, please note

The switch consultation scheme has specific eligibility and attendance requirements. Please read carefully before booking.

Key things to know

  • Eligibility: The scheme is only for patients currently under active TRT care with another clinic. If you're not currently on treatment, this scheme doesn't apply and your deposit will not be refunded.
  • Booking deposit (£75): Non-refundable in most circumstances. Credited in full against your first subscription payment if you proceed with treatment.
  • Credit expires in 3 months: If you don't activate a subscription within 3 months of your consultation, the £75 credit expires.
  • Intake forms must be completed before your appointment. If they aren't complete, the consultation cannot go ahead and the deposit is forfeited.
  • Strict 5-minute lateness rule: Arriving more than 5 minutes late counts as a Did Not Attend. The deposit is forfeited.
  • 48-hour cancellation notice: One free reschedule if you give 48+ hours' notice. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited.
  • Medical unsuitability: If our doctor determines that switching your care to Arc isn't clinically appropriate, the £75 covers the specialist assessment provided and is not refunded.

A note on testosterone enanthate

If you're currently on testosterone enanthate and considering the switch to Arc TRT, we want to be upfront about the market before you book.

Enanthate supply and pricing has been volatile

Testosterone enanthate has been affected by UK-wide supply issues and cost increases over the past few years. This is a wholesale market issue impacting every UK clinic, not something specific to Arc TRT.

We do prescribe enanthate where it's clinically appropriate, and it remains part of our formulary. However, we cannot guarantee its price at any given time, and supply availability can shift with little notice from manufacturers.

What this means if you're switching to Arc for enanthate specifically:

  • The price you pay today may not be the price you pay in six months. We pass wholesale cost changes on transparently rather than absorbing them silently.
  • If enanthate becomes temporarily unavailable, we'll work with you on a clinically equivalent alternative (usually testosterone cypionate, which has a very similar pharmacological profile).
  • Our doctors are happy to discuss whether enanthate is still the best fit for your protocol, or whether a switch to cypionate would give you more stability going forward.

If price stability on enanthate specifically is your reason for switching, please raise this in your consultation so we can be straightforward about what we can and can't commit to.

Common questions

The things people most often ask before switching TRT clinic.

What if I'm not currently on TRT with another clinic?

The switch consultation scheme is designed specifically for patients moving their existing TRT care from another clinic. If you're new to TRT, our standard new patient pathway is the right route. Start with a comprehensive blood test on our testing kits page.

What documentation do I need to bring?

You'll need to provide your most recent blood test results, and if available, your pre-treatment blood results. You'll also complete our intake forms online before your appointment, which cover your medical history, current protocol, medications, and symptoms.

What happens if I'm running late?

Switch consultations are streamlined 30-minute sessions. Arriving more than 5 minutes late is treated as a Did Not Attend, and the £75 deposit is forfeited. We recommend logging on 5 minutes early to test your connection.

Can I keep my current protocol?

Often yes. If what you're on is working and clinically appropriate, our doctors are happy to continue it. Where we suggest changes, we'll explain why and how the adjustment fits your bloods and symptoms.

How quickly can I start treatment after the consultation?

Once your consultation is complete and your plan is confirmed, we move quickly to get your prescription processed and medication delivered. Most patients are set up within a week of their consultation.

What if the doctor decides I'm not suitable?

Occasionally, our doctor may conclude that Arc TRT isn't the right clinic for your ongoing care. In that case, the £75 covers the specialist clinical assessment provided and is not refunded. We'll explain our reasoning clearly and, where possible, signpost you to alternative options.

Can I reschedule if something comes up?

Yes, you can reschedule once at no additional cost, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests inside the 48-hour window are treated as cancellations, and the £75 is forfeited. This helps us protect clinician time.

How does the £75 credit work?

If you proceed with Arc TRT treatment after your consultation, the £75 deposit is automatically applied as a credit against your first subscription payment, whether that's a monthly, 6-month, or 12-month plan. The credit is valid for 3 months from your consultation date.

I'm on testosterone enanthate. Can I keep taking it with Arc?

Yes, we do prescribe testosterone enanthate where it's clinically appropriate. However, enanthate has been affected by UK-wide supply issues and cost increases over recent years, and we cannot guarantee a fixed price. If enanthate becomes temporarily unavailable, our doctors will discuss a clinically equivalent alternative with you, typically testosterone cypionate. If price stability on enanthate is a specific concern for you, please raise this during your consultation so we can be transparent about what we can and can't commit to.
