Blood test results from any provider, your GP, another TRT clinic or a private lab, taken within the last 6 months. Ideally they include total testosterone plus related markers, but upload what you have and we'll tell you if anything's missing.
To save you repeating tests you've already paid for. If your recent results give our doctors enough to work with, you can move straight to review and consultation rather than starting from scratch.
The full lab report rather than a screenshot of one number, values with their reference ranges, the test date, and the lab name. Photos or PDFs are both fine.
A UK GMC-registered doctor reviews your results alongside the symptoms you describe, and the team comes back to you with the next step, whether that's a consultation, a confirmatory test, or an honest "your levels look fine".
Hormone levels change, so we'll need a current reading, an at-home test from £45 sorts that quickly. Older results are still worth mentioning though, as they help show the trend over time.
