Why Arc?

This guide explains what makes Arc different and why it’s right for you.

Why Choose ARC TRT

Finding a doctor who understands testosterone deficiency in the UK is not always easy.

For many men, the NHS does not offer the level of investigation, monitoring or ongoing support needed to properly diagnose and treat low testosterone. ARC TRT was created to bridge that gap.

We are a doctor led clinic built around three principles. Care, expertise and individualised medicine.

Our goal is simple. Help men across the UK understand their hormone health and regain control of their wellbeing through safe, evidence led treatment.

A Clearer Path to Treatment

Everything begins with understanding your numbers.

After completing an initial blood test at home, our clinicians assess your hormone levels and overall health profile. From there we guide you through the next steps, whether that involves further testing, consultation or treatment planning.

Our subscription model keeps things straightforward. Your monthly cost includes doctor consultations, monitoring and ongoing support.

No hidden appointments. No fragmented care. Just structured treatment delivered responsibly.

Personalised TRT Care

Testosterone therapy should never be one size fits all.

Every patient has a different hormone profile, lifestyle and response to treatment. At ARC TRT, your therapy is tailored around your biology and your symptoms rather than following a standardised protocol.

Treatment plans are built carefully and refined over time using blood testing, patient feedback and clinical experience.

Because effective TRT is not about prescribing quickly. It is about prescribing correctly.

Led by Experienced Doctors

ARC TRT is led by Dr Chris Airey BMBS MMedSc Dip ENDO and Dr Lauren Airey BMBS MMedSc, both fully registered doctors practising within the UK.

Dr Chris has treated thousands of patients with testosterone deficiency and previously served as Medical Director and Clinical Lead across several of the UK’s leading TRT clinics. He has also completed postgraduate training in endocrinology and spent years developing treatment protocols and teaching other doctors in the field.

Dr Lauren combines her work in men’s health with ongoing clinical practice in Acute Medicine within the NHS. She holds a first class Master’s degree in Medical Science with a focus on nutrition and brings extensive experience in lifestyle medicine and metabolic health.

Together they provide a personalised, patient centred approach to hormone care.

A Responsible Approach to TRT

TRT is not a shortcut and it is not appropriate for everyone.

Treatment should only begin when testosterone deficiency is clearly confirmed and symptoms support it. If symptoms do not improve with therapy, protocols should be reassessed and treatment adjusted or stopped where appropriate.

At ARC TRT, decisions are always guided by your symptoms, your bloodwork and your long term health.

Because good medicine always comes before commercial incentives.

Built Around You

Hormone therapy works best when it is part of a broader approach to health.

Nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management all play important roles in hormonal balance. When combined with responsible medical treatment, the results can be significant.

At ARC TRT, every patient receives care tailored to their individual biology and goals.

You are not just another patient on a protocol.

You are an individual with a treatment plan designed specifically for you.
